We’re confident in the quality of our products and offer a generous return and exchange policy.


International Customers

  • Customers may wear the glasses upon receipt. If you’re not satisfied, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund, even after wearing them.

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

  • International customers can exchange a product once within 30 days of receipt.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and will be charged an additional handling fee. The exact fee depends on the total order value and covers the cost of the new shipment, including any duties or taxes.
